These messages may relate to real estate services, property management, available properties, property inquiries, new listings, open houses, appointments, property showings, rental applications, transactions, maintenance requests, service updates, and other communications for which I have provided consent.
Depending on the communications I have requested or consented to receive, SMS messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, property information, application or transaction updates, property-management communications, maintenance updates, customer-care communications, and marketing and promotional communications, including information about available properties, new listings, open houses, special offers, and other promotional opportunities offered by The Encore Property Group.

HOW TO OPT OUT
You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from The Encore Property Group.
After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you subsequently provide consent to receive SMS communications again.
